Our longstanding client, a Top 50 law firm, is looking to recruit a Real Estate Senior Associate into their highly ranked agriculture team within their London office. As one of the largest teams in the country, they have an enviable client roster and benefit from also having a market leading private wealth practice.

Advising on:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of investment properties for landed estates, universities, charities, pension funds, farming companies, investors.
  • Development projects
  • Agricultural land, farms, estates
  • Agricultural and business tenancies
  • Farming collaborations
  • Renewable energy projects
  • Mineral leases
  • Refinancing transactions for landowners and companies operating in the rural sector

The successful candidate will be an E&W qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE gained within a City, National or regional law firm and will be attracted by the firm and team's reputation, quality of work, attractive progression opportunities and healthy work/life balance.
