An elite global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its private equity team. The practice advises on market-shaping transactions, acting for major sponsors and investors on cross-border deals that demand technical excellence and commercial instinct.

This is a firm that expects its lawyers to operate at the highest level. The work is complex, fast-moving, and high-stakes, requiring a lawyer who can navigate intricate structures and deliver strategic solutions under pressure.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Outstanding academic credentials
2. At least three years’ PQE
3. Experience in high-end private equity transactions at a top-tier law firm in London, Australia, or New Zealand
