Our longstanding client, an elite City law firm, is looking to recruit an ambitious Private Equity Associate or Senior Associate into their highly ranked and expanding team. You will advise on private M&A for PE funds and PE‑backed companies and equity arrangements.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 3-8 PQE and will currently be working within a dedicated PE team within a UK law firm and must have experience of leading PE deals for fund investor clients.
