Our longstanding client, a fast-growing Top 30 City law firm, is looking to hire an ambitious non-contentious restructuring & insolvency associate into their well-ranked team within their City-based office. You will be advising solvent and insolvent companies across a wide range of matters including:
- Debt for equity swaps
- Refinancings
- Distressed M&A
- Debt restructuring
- Schemes of arrangement and restructuring plans
- Litigation and recovery actions
Responsibilities
- Provide non-contentious restructuring & insolvency advisory for both solvent and insolvent clients
- Assist with complex restructurings, refinancing transactions, and related corporate matters
Qualifications
- 2-5 years PQE with non-contentious R&I experience
- Experience ideally encompassing both corporate and personal matters
