  • Drafting and implementing tax advantaged and non-tax advantaged share schemes including EMI, CSOP, LTIP, JSOP, growth shares
  • Transactional support for private and public listed companies as well as IPOs
  • Senior exec incentive plans
  • Employee incentive plans
  • EBTs
  • Corporate governance/regulatory
