Role:
- Supervising other risk lawyers and professionals and line management of team members
- SRA standards and regulations
- Conflicts of interest
- AML advice
- Regulatory advice including bribery act, market abuse, ECCTA
- GDPR/DP including data breaches and DSAR
- Reviewing and advising on client terms that fall outside counsel guidelines
- Reviewing and advising on supplier agreements
- PI claims and complaint handling including instructing external counsel
- Reviewing and improving risk procedures
