Role:

  • Joining a close‐knit and highly regarded investment funds team with a focus on hedge funds and credit funds.
  • Fund formation and fundraising.
  • Negotiating managed account structures and relevant regulatory matters.
  • Advising institutional investors and LPs on investments into funds and managed accounts.

Successful candidate:

  • 4‐6 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor.
