  • Financial restructurings and workouts including debt for equity swaps and schemes of arrangement
  • Special situations and strategic investments to include NPL and loan‑to‑own strategies
  • Distressed M&A and pre pack
  • Formal insolvency including liquidations, receivership, administrations
  • Cross‑border restructurings
