A rapidly growing global SaaS company in the HR tech sector is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its international legal team. This role offers high levels of ownership, exposure to global work, and the chance to shape data protection and AI compliance strategy across the UK/EU.
What You'll Do
- Negotiate and review client contracts, partnering closely with Sales.
- Lead UK/EU data protection and AI compliance initiatives.
- Provide commercial legal advice across privacy, IP, employment, litigation, and supplier matters.
What We’re Looking For
- 4-6 PQE, qualified in England & Wales or Ireland.
- Strong commercial contracts and global data protection experience.
- SaaS experience essential; EU AI Act knowledge a plus.
- Pragmatic, commercially minded, and comfortable working autonomously.
