What are we looking for? We are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced legal recruiter to head up our In-house team. We have been active in the In-house legal recruitment market for over 20 years. Chadwick Nott is well known to senior legal counsel and company directors of some of the largest companies in the UK and abroad. We have filled all styles of temporary and permanent in-house positions including general counsel, heads of legal, legal counsel, risk and compliance, document review, paralegal, and company secretarial roles. Our clients include start-ups, SMEs, FTSE 100 PLCs and large global blue-chip multi-nationals in a very wide range of industry sectors.

As a driven and very commercially aware consultant, you'll have a proven track record in legal recruitment. You'll have the experience and drive to develop new In-house business. This will include managing and developing our current In-house clients, actively developing new clients and working with our national private practice teams to secure new roles for your team. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be excellent. You will enjoy professional networking and attending a range of events including In-house conferences to expand your client and candidate network.
