Our client, a fast‑growing SaaS HR business, is looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to be based in their City office. The company is primarily focused on the Australian, U.S., and U.K. markets and will mainly manage the U.K. operations. Legal is a highly visible, close‑knit team in an exceptionally acquisitive business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts
- Ensuring compliance with data protection laws (UK and EU GDPR)
- Maintaining an understanding of the EU AI Act or a strong interest in AI
