Role:

Advising UK and European insurers on a wide range of securitisation and structured products including:

  • SRT transactions
  • Matching adjustment eligible bonds
  • Rated note feeders
  • Insured bonds

  • 4-6 PQE - England & Wales qualified solicitor
  • Must have strong securitisation and structured products experience within a UK law firm
