A leading international law firm is seeking a private investment funds lawyer to join their dynamic funds team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border transactions, with a focus on fund structuring, formation, LP-side representation, and impact investments.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years’ PQE, with experience advising on constitutional documentation, carried interest arrangements, financial regulation (including AIFMD), and fund documentation negotiation. A strong academic background, commercial mindset, and interest in business development are essential.
This role provides excellent career progression, exposure to cutting-edge work in sustainability and infrastructure, and collaboration with international offices, including teams in Luxembourg and Dublin.
