Firm: Our client is an impressive US law firm with a long established City office.
Role:
- Providing transactional and advisory equity incentives support across a wide range of clients including private and public companies, private equity and venture capital, fast growing entrepreneurial companies and start-ups.
- Transactional support on M&A, IPOs/liquidity events, restructuring.
- Drafting agreements and equity plans.
- Transactional support on VC funding rounds.
- UK tax advantaged and unapproved option schemes and growth shares.
- On going advisory work to multinationals and privately owned companies.

Successful candidate:
- 2-4 PQE - England & Wales qualified solicitor.
- At least 2 years UK experience specialising solely in equity incentives within another US, Magic Circle or Top 20 City law firm.
