Firm: Our longstanding client, a highly profitable and successful City law firm with an impressive employment practice. The employment team is highly regarded and has strong employer and senior executive focused practices.

For strategic reasons, we are looking for an employment lawyer who is focused on senior executives and is looking for a route through to partner. Sector strengths include financial services (including SMCR), technology, and professional partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Settlement agreements, RCs, service agreements, bonuses/equity arrangements, confidentiality
  • Investigations including grievance, disciplinary, whistleblowing
