A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its London-based team, specialising in foreign investment screening and national security-related regulatory reviews.

The role involves:

  1. Conducting foreign investment screening analysis.
  2. Coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings.
  3. Preparing UK National Security and Investment Act notifications.
  4. Advising on regulatory strategies in high-profile, cross-border transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years’ PQE from a top-tier practice or similar jurisdiction, with experience in foreign investment screening, antitrust, or regulatory compliance. Exceptional drafting skills, strong academic credentials, and the ability to take on significant responsibility are essential. Newly qualified lawyers must have sat in a relevant seat during their training contract.
