Firm: Our longstanding client, a fast growing and highly profitable City law firm has an impressive real estate practice and expanding construction offering.

Role: Working closely with the Head of Construction in a close-knit team, you will handle primarily non-contentious construction matters with some contentious construction work.

  • JCT and NEC contracts with some FIDIC DD support
  • Collateral warranties
  • Professional and consultant appointments and sub contracts
  • Dispute avoidance strategies
  • Contentious construction including TCC proceedings, arbitration, litigation, adjudication
