Role:

  • Point of contact for high profile £billion+ asset managers handling acquisitions & disposals and L&T Central London Estates - head offices, portfolio management, lease extensions.

Successful candidate:

  • 3-6 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor (we are unable to consider candidates with less than 3 PQE).
  • Working for a Top 50 City law firm or highly regarded boutique City/West End firm with a ranked commercial real estate department (we can only consider candidates coming from a ranked Legal 500 London team).
  • Specific asset management experience (only candidates with this experience will be considered).
