A friendly, close-knit and well-established law firm is seeking two permanent Residential Conveyancers / Residential Property Solicitors to join its busy and growing Taunton office. These hires form part of a long-term expansion plan and will help strengthen the team as the department continues to grow. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, sociable and family-friendly team that values professionalism, flexibility and strong team chemistry.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Registered and unregistered titles
- New build work (advantageous but not essential)
- Optional: light commercial property work if desired
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Supervising junior staff where appropriate (desirable)
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
Candidate Requirements
