A friendly, close‑knit and well‑established law firm is seeking two permanent Residential Conveyancers / Residential Property Solicitors to join its busy and growing Taunton office. These hires form part of a long‑term expansion plan and will help strengthen the team as the department continues to grow. The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Registered and unregistered titles
  • New build work (advantageous but not essential)
  • Optional: light commercial property work if desired
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
  • Supervising junior staff where appropriate (desirable)
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
