Our longstanding client, a fast growing Top 30 City law firm is looking to hire an ambitious non-contentious restructuring & insolvency associate into their well ranked team within their City based office. You will be advising solvent and insolvent companies across a wide range of matters including:
- Debt for equity swaps
- Refinancings
- Distressed M&A
- Debt restructuring
- Schemes of arrangement and restructuring plans
- Litigation and recovery actions
