The Opportunity
- You'll work across a genuinely mixed caseload, advising both employers and senior employees on a blend of contentious and non‐contentious matters.
- A major part of the role involves corporate support — including employment due diligence on acquisitions, TUPE advice, and strategic workforce planning for fast‐growing businesses.

What You'll Be Doing
- Advising on Employment Tribunal claims, disputes, grievances, and negotiated exits.
- Drafting contracts, policies, and day‐to‐day HR advisory work.
- Leading employment due diligence on corporate transactions.
- Supporting on TUPE, reorganisations, and workforce change projects.
- Building strong client relationships with entrepreneurial and high‐growth businesses.
- Contributing to business development and the growth of the practice.
