Senior Immigration Lawyer (Legal Director / Partner level) Location: Nottingham or Manchester Contract: Temporary Salary/rate: Highly competitive A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Lawyer at Legal Director or Partner level to join its established immigration practice on an interim basis. This is a rare opportunity for a highly experienced corporate immigration specialist to take on a senior-level role advising an impressive client base of multinational organisations, SMEs and high-net-worth individuals. The role: You will provide strategic immigration advice to a broad range of corporate and private clients, handling complex UK immigration matters and supporting businesses with workforce planning, compliance and international mobility requirements. Key responsibilities: Advising global organisations and SMEs on all aspects of corporate immigration and workforce planning Supporting clients with sponsor licence applications, right-to-work compliance and ongoing sponsor duties Advising businesses on immigration issues arising from workforce mobility and talent retention Conducting immigration audits and advising employers on compliance, civil penalties and risk management Advising high-net-worth individuals on investor, entrepreneur and other immigration routes Assisting individuals and families with indefinite leave to remain and British citizenship applications Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused advice About you: Senior Immigration Solicitor at Legal Director, Partner or equivalent level Strong background in corporate immigration, rather than predominantly private/high-street immigration work Extensive experience advising businesses on sponsor licence and compliance matters Proven ability to manage complex and high-value client relationships Commercially minded with excellent technical expertise and communication skills The opportunity: Well-established client base with high-quality corporate immigration work Flexible approach to remuneration for the right candidate Opportunity to join a respected team handling sophisticated immigration matters Suitable for candidates seeking an interim assignment at a senior level Given the specialist nature of this role, applications are particularly welcomed from experienced corporate immigration lawyers with a strong track record advising business clients on UK immigration and compliance matters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
