Associate / Senior Associate – Residential Property — Fantastic opportunity to join a top 100 national law firm with a reputation for excellence. They are looking for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to bolster their high-performing Home Sales team.

This highly ranked team specialises in:

  • Residential and mixed-use development site set-up
  • Infrastructure arrangements
  • Open market and shared ownership plot sales
  • The full lifecycle of shared ownership properties

The client base includes national housebuilders, local and regional developers, housing associations, and local authorities, offering a broad range of work.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad range of home sales matters from start to finish
  • Develop technical skills and client management expertise
  • Mentor and supervise junior colleagues
  • Play an active role in business development and client relationship building

Candidate Requirements

  • 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in property law, ideally from a leading property practice
  • Strong technical expertise
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • A team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
