Private Client Solicitor β Remote (UK-based) β 3+ Years PQE
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Type of Role: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: Β£35,000 to Β£80,000 (commensurate with experience)
Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a leading law firm in Dorset in their search for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to work remotely while contributing to a well-established and supportive private client department.
The Role
This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
β’ Probate and estate administration
β’ Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
β’ Trusts and care of the elderly
β’ Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients
β’ Supporting the wider private client team with complex matters
β’ Ensuring high standards of service and client care
Youβll be joining a collaborative team committed to delivering thoughtful, effective legal solutions.
Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
β’ A minimum of 3 yearsβ PQE as a Solicitor or FCILEx
β’ Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration
β’ Preferably some experience in trust work
β’ Excellent communication and client-handling skills
β’ A proactive, professional approach and ability to work independently
Working Arrangements
This role is offered on a remote basis for UK-based candidates. Full-time and part-time applications will be considered, with flexible working arrangements available.
