An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join an established and supportive team. This role will involve managing a varied caseload of traditional private client matters. Managing a full caseload of private client matters independently Drafting Wills, including more complex estate planning arrangements Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Attorneyships Providing advice on inheritance tax and estate planning matters Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial advisors, and HMRC Supporting the continued development of the private client department Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) Ideally 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client work (all levels considered) Competitive salary and benefits package Strong local reputation and loyal client base Ongoing training and development opportunities Good quality, varied private client work
