A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a leading national law firm at Associate or Senior Associate level. The firm is widely recognised in the Legal 500 and has been named a Times Best Law Firm. The successful candidate will be joining one of the UK’s largest and most respected private client teams, advising high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners, agricultural families and clients with international assets. The team includes a significant number of STEP‑qualified specialists and has a growing reputation for advising private family charitable trusts.
The Role
- Advising on a broad range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, estate administration and tax planning
- Working closely with highly experienced partners and collaborating with over 100 private client specialists nationwide
- Maintaining strong technical knowledge and sharing expertise across the team
- Supporting business development through networking, marketing and cross‑team collaboration
- Building long‑term client relationships and delivering an excellent client experience

Candidate Requirements
- 2–7 years’ PQE in private client work
- STEP qualification or working towards it (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- An interest in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
