The Role
A rare opportunity for an NQ–2 PQE Private Client solicitor to join a highly regarded Trusts & Estates team within a leading Top 100 UK law firm with a strong South West presence.
The team advises HNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs, business owners and trustees on sophisticated private wealth matters, including:
● Wills and succession planning
● Trusts and estate administration
● Tax and wealth planning
● Wealth preservation and succession structures
● Family and business succession
You’ll work alongside experienced lawyers on high-quality, complex matters, with early client contact and genuine responsibility from the outset. The wider practice has a strong national network, giving you access to excellent technical expertise and a broad client base.
Opportunities offering this level of work and client exposure at NQ level are genuinely hard to come by.
Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for an NQ–2 PQE solicitor with experience in non-contentious Private Client / Trusts & Estates work.
You should have:
● Experience across wills, trusts, estates and succession planning
● Strong technical, analytical and drafting skills
● Excellent client communication skills
● The ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision
● A genuine interest in developing a career in Private Client
Experience advising HNW clients, trustees, entrepreneurs or family businesses would be advantageous.
