This is a rare opportunity for an NQ Solicitor to launch their career working directly with leading Partners and senior lawyers who are genuine experts in their field. The Role
You’ll join a high‑performing Property Litigation team handling a broad and stimulating range of disputes. Expect exposure to high‑quality work from day one, including:
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters for major national brands
- Building Safety Act issues
- Rights of way, adverse possession, harassment and boundary disputes
- Commercial and residential service charge disputes
- Property insolvency and secured recoveries
- Specialist education‑sector property work, including academy conversions and school mergers
You’ll work closely with Partners and senior fee earners, gaining early responsibility, direct client contact and the chance to manage your own matters within a supportive team.
Candidate Requirements
The firm is seeking a motivated junior lawyer who can demonstrate:
- NQ–1 PQE with a property litigation seat or relevant contentious property experience
- A genuine interest in developing a career in property litigation
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
- Good judgement, empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
