An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Associate to join their highly regarded and growing Employment team.

You'll work across a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising a diverse client portfolio on complex workplace issues while supporting clients through employment tribunal proceedings.

This is a varied role offering significant client exposure, high-quality work and genuine opportunities to contribute to business development and client training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on a wide range of day-to-day employment law matters
  • Managing and supporting employment tribunal claims and litigation
  • Providing pragmatic, commercially focused employment advice
