Candidate Requirements

We’re keen to hear from candidates who:

  • Qualify as a Solicitor in England & Wales by September 2026
  • Have completed a seat in Projects or gained relevant experience in areas such as Commercial, Corporate, Banking & Finance or Construction
  • Can demonstrate genuine interest in energy, infrastructure, public sector or regulated industries
  • Enjoy problem‑solving, complex work and working at pace

A Projects seat is not essential for this role. Enthusiasm for the sector and transferable skills are just as important.
