- Corporate tax disputes
- Private wealth disputes
- Indirect tax disputes such as income tax, CGT, inheritance tax, trust arrangements that have gone wrong
- Tax related professional negligence disputes
- Tax related trust and commercial disputes

Successful candidate
- Qualified lawyer with at least 1 years UK post qualification experience
