Role:
- Mainly act for Lloyd's and company insurers in defending professional indemnity claims against policyholders (at the moment this is mainly solicitors and financial advisers but also includes other professions).
- Wider financial line matters including D&O claims, regulatory investigations, enforcement (mainly FCA) and coverage issues.
- Experience defending construction professionals is not essential but an added bonus.

- Litigation exposure - their clients are different to the large insurers who tend to want to quickly settle claims so you are able to get your teeth into cases with very active case management.
