Our longstanding client, a boutique City law firm, punches above its size within the private client market and has an expanding private wealth disputes team.
Role: Advising executors, trustees, beneficiaries on bringing or defending contentious matters.
- Will validity challenges on the grounds of: Want of Valid Execution, Undue Influence, Want of Knowledge and Approval, Lack of Testamentary Capacity and Forgery.
- Claims against estates under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 for claimant and defendant.
- Acting for Executors and Beneficiaries in Breach of Executors' or Trustees' Duties Claims.
- Trust and estate administration disputes.

Successful candidate: Qualified Solicitor, England & Wales 2-3 PQE. Minimum 18 months UK Private Wealth Disputes experience within a UK law firm.
