- Private funds investment and formation for liquid and illiquid asset classes across the globe
- Primary and secondary fund commitments
- Complex and ground breaking structuring of secondary transactions
- Co-investments and underwritten transactions
- Carried interest
- Continuation funds
- Various liquidity events
- Fund restructuring
