Role:
Corporate Insolvency including:
- Defending directors against claims under the Insolvency Act
- Winding up petitions
- Transactions at undervalue
- Overdrawn directors' loan accounts
- Misfeasance claims
Personal Insolvency including:
- Dealing with complex IVAs including capacity issues and evasive debtors
- Defending personal guarantee claims
- Asset realisations
- Income payment orders
Key attractions:

Successful candidate:
- Qualified solicitor with 2-5 PQE, England & Wales
- At least 2 years insolvency disputes experience gained within a UK law firm
