An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 1 PQE Corporate Associate to join a highly regarded, growing corporate team in London. This role offers the chance to work on high-value, complex transactions within a collaborative and supportive environment, with early responsibility and direct client contact from day one.
You will join a well-established corporate team known for its strength in private capital, high net worth clients, and cross-border work. Acting for a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, investors, family offices and management teams, the team delivers commercially focused advice on a broad range of transactions. This is an ideal role for a junior lawyer looking to develop strong transactional experience while building long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising on a range of corporate matters including:
- Private M&A
- Venture capital and private equity investments
- Joint ventures
- Corporate restructuring
- Supporting on, and taking ownership of, key transaction documents (SPAs, investment agreements, JVAs)
- Leading on due diligence, disclosure processes and transaction management
- Working closely with senior lawyers while also taking responsibility for discrete workstreams
- Collaborating with specialist teams (tax, employment, commercial) on multi-disciplinary matters
- Engaging directly with clients and external advisers

- England & Wales qualified solicitor (NQ–1 PQE)
