Role: Corporate Insolvency including: Defending directors against claims under the Insolvency Act Winding up petitions Transactions at undervalue Overdrawn directors' loan accounts Misfeasance claims Personal Insolvency including: Dealing with complex IVAs including capacity issues and evasive debtors Defending personal guarantee claims Asset realisations Income payment orders Key attractions: Hands on mentoring and development from the head of insolvency disputes Breadth of insolvency work and range of clients from well known corporates to family offices and UHNWIs Culture and ethos of the firm with low staff turnover Excellent work/life balance- one of the lowest chargeable hour targets in the City Successful candidate: Qualified solicitor with 2-5 PQE, England
