Client: Prestigious mid-sized City law firm that has an eclectic client base and a reputation for having a supportive, collaborative and welcoming culture.

Role:

  • Corporate Insolvency including:
    • Defending directors against claims under the Insolvency Act
    • Winding up petitions
    • Transactions at undervalue
    • Overdrawn directors' loan accounts
    • Misfeasance claims
  • Personal Insolvency including:
    • Dealing with complex IVAs including capacity issues and evasive debtors
    • Defending personal guarantee claims
    • Asset realisations
    • Income payment orders
