In-House Commercial Litigation/Property Solicitor – Gloucestershire

Are you a Litigation Solicitor looking to build a rewarding career In-House? This is an exciting opportunity to work on property-related disputes and wider commercial litigation with one of the UK’s leading housing solutions providers based in Gloucestershire.

You will be a part of a supportive team, handling a mixed caseload of property litigation and commercial matters. You’ll also be expected to help other areas of the legal team when needed, such as commercial contracts and regulatory matters.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Managing property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters.
  • Handle property management, housing, and tenancy issues.
  • Handle commercial litigation, with opportunities to specialise further.
  • Engaging with a diverse client base.
  • Ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Requirements

This role is open from 5+ PQE. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong client relationship skills, demonstrating professionalism and clear communication.
  • Property litigation experience is essential.
  • Be enthusiastic and committed to growing their expertise.
  • Show initiative and drive, contributing to the team’s reputation in the market.
  • Previous experience working with central government, local authorities and social housing providers would be beneficial.

This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working with at least 1 day’s office attendance per week. The client is open to seeing candidates wanting either full time or part-time (minimum 3 days pw) hours.

The role is paying a competitive salary and offers a great pension and excellent benefits.
