The role:
You will handle a varied residential property caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build matters
- Shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions
You’ll work closely with experienced conveyancers and solicitors, contributing to a well-established team with a strong reputation for quality and client care.
About you:
- At least 12-18 months of residential property paralegal experience (essential)
- Confident managing your own files or supporting fee earners, depending on experience level
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Organised, proactive and able to work well as part of a team
