Chadwick Nott Legal Recruitment is recruiting an NQ–2 PQE Private Client Solicitor for a highly regarded Trusts & Estates team within a leading Top 100 UK law firm with a strong South West presence in Exeter. The role focuses on sophisticated private wealth matters advising HNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs, business owners, and trustees.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 2 PQE experience.
- Demonstrated experience in non-contentious Private Client / Trusts & Estates work (wills, trusts, estates, and succession planning).
- Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Excellent client communication skills and ability to manage matters under appropriate supervision.
- Advantageous: Experience advising HNW clients, trustees, entrepreneurs, or family businesses.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on Wills and succession planning.
- Handle trusts and estate administration, tax and wealth planning, and wealth preservation structures.
- Manage family and business succession matters alongside experienced lawyers.
- Engage in early client contact and take on genuine responsibility from the outset.
