This opportunity offers an ambitious and driven NQ the chance to work alongside highly experienced senior lawyers within a supportive, close-knit team on the South Coast. You’ll advise a varied client base on contentious and non-contentious matters, from SMEs to large organisations, delivering practical HR advice, managing day-to-day queries, supporting tribunal cases, and drafting and reviewing key documentation.
The role also includes advising individuals on employment disputes, while working alongside partners recognised for handling complex matters with a tailored, commercial approach. Given the team’s agile structure, you’ll gain early responsibility and exposure to a broad mix of high-quality work from day one.
