Our longstanding client, a high-quality boutique City law firm, is looking to recruit an ambitious senior corporate/commercial senior associate into their high-quality team. The role will be split approximately 50/50 between corporate and commercial work. The firm specialises in working with large privately owned companies, founder led entrepreneurial businesses and HNWIs business interests across a wide range of sectors with strengths within leisure, hospitality, and real estate. The team is directories ranked and is focused on deals up to c£50m with the majority in the c£5-15m bracket.
