We are working with an award winning Boutique City based law firm that is looking to recruit an ambitious commercial litigation associate. You will have solid general commercial disputes experience including breach of contract, shareholder remedies, fraud, misrepresentation and ideally professional negligence and insolvency.
Working closely with the managing partner and a senior associate you will be given plenty of client responsibility. The successful candidate will enjoy business development and will be thinking about ways to bring in business alongside the day to day role of servicing and developing the firm's client base.
