An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving Healthcare team at a Top 100 law firm, advising on a broad range of high quality clinical negligence matters.
Our client is seeking ambitious Solicitors, Associates, and Senior Associates to join this growing sector which offers interesting, varied and often high value work.
The successful clinical negligence lawyer will manage their own caseload, handling both litigated and pre-litigated defendant cases. Your work will encompass a range of healthcare-related matters, including clinical negligence, patient safety, consent to treatment, human rights, child law, and mental health.
Requirements:
- 3+ years PQE in clinical negligence or healthcare law
- NHS Resolution experience desired
- Strong understanding of CPR procedures
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Team player with excellent communication skills
