Role
Corporate Insolvency including
- Defending directors against claims under the Insolvency Act
- Winding up petitions
- Transactions at undervalue
- Overdrawn directors' loan accounts
- Misfeasance claims
Personal Insolvency including
- Dealing with complex IVAs including capacity issues and evasive debtors
- Defending personal guarantee claims
- Asset realisations
- Income payment orders
