Our longstanding client, a fast growing and highly profitable City law firm has an impressive real estate practice and is looking to expand their construction practice.
Working closely with the Head of Construction in a close-knit team, you will handle primarily non-contentious construction matters with scope to get involved in some contentious construction matters.
- JCT and NEC contracts with some FIDIC
- DD support
- Collateral warranties
- Professional and consultant appointments and sub contracts
- Dispute avoidance strategies
- Contentious construction including TCC proceedings, arbitration, litigation, adjudication

Successful candidate:
