The Cheltenham Real Estate team is growing fast and handles high‑quality national work that rivals larger city firms. You’ll be part of a collaborative office with a strong pipeline, excellent clients, and a genuinely supportive culture.
The Role
- Residential development and regeneration acquisitions and disposals
- Strategic land work for housebuilders, promoters, and landowners
- Commercial real estate transactions including leases, landlord & tenant, investment, and portfolio deals
- Managing your own caseload with increasing autonomy
- Drafting, negotiating, and advising with commercial clarity
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to team initiatives
You’ll work predominantly on housebuilder and strategic land matters, with exposure to a broad mix of commercial property work across the wider team.
About You
- Experience in residential development, regeneration, and/or strategic land
- Strong communicator with a proactive, commercial approach
- Able to commute to Cheltenham at least three days a week
