An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Associate to join a fast-growing catastrophic injury team in Bristol. This role involves handling high-value and complex cases across motor, employer, and public liability claims. You’ll work on sensitive, high-profile cases that often make headlines, reporting directly to a market-leading industry expert.

This highly ranked serious and catastrophic injury team is recognised for its innovative approach and strong relationships with major insurers. Led by experienced Partners who are experts in their field, the team tackles complex and high-profile cases—including those requiring cross-border quantum investigations—leveraging international expertise.

You can expect a diverse client base, including large composite and motor insurers, London market insurers and corporate clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience and technical expertise in catastrophic injury claims
  • Proven expertise in defendant claims handling across motor, employer liability, and public liability
  • Experience supporting large cases within a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
