Chadwick Nott are working with a leading Top 100 law firm who are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded Employment team in Cardiff.
Working from impressive central Cardiff offices with flexible hybrid working, you will handle a broad range of employment matters, with a particular focus on leading a major claimant group action in the Employment Tribunal. Alongside this, you will also support the wider team on selected respondent work for high‑quality employer clients.
You can expect exposure to complex, interesting work, genuine autonomy and strong support for your ongoing career development.
- Leading and managing a complex group action claim from inception through to resolution
- Developing and growing the firm’s claimant employment law offering
- Playing an active part in business development and networking
- A strong track record in claimant employment litigation, ideally including group or multi‑party actions
